‍The City of Busselton is seeking Expressions of Interest for the long term lease and redevelopment of the Busselton Jetty Tourist Park.

The Park is optimally located, along Marine Terrace in Busselton, Western Australia, a short distance from the heritage listed Busselton Jetty, the CBD and foreshore. It is currently operated by park managers under a contract arrangement on behalf of the City.

The Park is made up of three separate parks uniquely situated adjacent to the recently redeveloped Busselton Foreshore. The Foreshore contains two children’s playgrounds, a youth and activity centre, an outdoor amphitheatre, skate park, sports grounds, coffee shops, restaurants and the new Shelter brewery and restaurant. All these facilities are located at the base of the historic Busselton Jetty (the longest wooden piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere).

The Park offers high quality, affordable caravan and camping sites as well as a range of cabins, campers kitchens and facilities situated amongst landscaped lawn grounds and shady native Peppermint Trees.

The City is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced caravan park developer/operators and tourism operators to enter into a Transaction over the Busselton Jetty Tourist Park (the Park). The Transaction consists of a long term lease for the development and ongoing operation of the Park.

Offers will be considered by the City to determine whether any offer would be to the City’s advantage and, if so, may result in negotiations with the preferred proponent(s) with the view of entering into an agreement with the City.

A site visit by any interested Proponent is recommended and can be arranged by contacting Trevor Ayers on 08 9781 1718. Please do not enter the Park without a site visit being organised prior.
