The Department of Transport is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the repurposing of three large industrial sheds within Casuarina Boat Harbour, as a component of Transforming Bunbury’s Waterfront Stage 3.

Proposals will be considered that deliver new commercial activities into the harbour to assist in the activation of the precinct alongside the development of new maritime facilities.

Marine support services

Education and training

Retail, food and beverage

Hospitality and tourismdevelopment

Registered marine relatedclubs including yacht and sailing clubs

Boat storage, repairs and servicing

Fishing industry and related activities

Submissions meeting the requirements of the EOI document are required to be submitted and received by the Department before 2pm (AWST), Thursday 30 May 2024.
